WHAT HAPPENS AFTER YOU SUBMIT YOUR ABSTRACT

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT

You will receive a confirmation email as soon as your abstract is submitted. This means we have received it.

REVIEW

All abstracts are reviewed by the CGAP editorial team. This process takes approximately 12-15 days from the date of submission.

DECISION

We will notify you by email whether your abstract has been selected, not selected, or shortlisted for a future edition. We aim to communicate decisions in 2 weeks from the date of submission.

We encourage you to resubmit for future editions. Not being selected does not mean your work is not valuable, it may simply mean it was not the right fit for a particular theme.

IF SELECTED

Our editorial team will reach out directly to discuss next steps, timelines, and any guidance for the full piece. Please do not send follow-up emails before the review period has closed. We read everything and will get back to you.
